Swipe/Tap/Mobile Issues
Before contacting us about issues with your physical card not swiping or mobile ID issues, please check our FAQ here to trouble shoot.
If your physical card is damaged and can no longer be used you can come to the Information Desk and get it replaced for $15. Since having gone Mobile ONLY, you will not be issued a physical ID, you will be asked to download mobile ID at no charge, unless your smart device is not compatible with mobile credential.
If you have a damaged Ent Lion One Debit Card you can replace it at the Ent Credit Union's on campus branch in the University Center.
